Hantaran Cookies

Many a times, our customers requested for hantaran cupcakes or cakes. For this hantaran we proposed for cookies instead. We actually have a few orders already in the pipeline for this since our bake sale at the BSRC in March, that's when we promoted this.

This hantaran piece, had 50pcs of cookies with white backgroud and silver decorations.. All hanged on the cookies hanger tied with silver ribbons.

We think this is quite a neat idea as it is definitely different from the norm.

If you have extra budget handy we can even decorate your cookies with fondant! So if you want to be adventurous and different, you may opt for this Hantaran instead ;)

If you wish to order Hantaran cookies together with the stand, we will provide the stand FOC with a returnable deposit of $50..

Strawberry shortcake Cupcakes & cake

My 2nd girl aka my third child celebrated her birthday recently..

She is really into strawberry shortcake, I mean reeeeeally into strawberry shortcake. She would wear the T, head band, school bag etc!.... So yeah obviously her birthday theme was .. yup you've guessed it! Strawberry Shortcake!.

I've prepared her favourite cupcake flavour in small souffle cups, Chocolate fudge this is, and all with edible images on them. The images all have her name printed as per her request!

And of course the cupcakes were complimented by this chocolate moist cake which too had edible images on top.

By the way the stand is available for rent. We've received bookings for this since we promoted it during our bake sale at the BSRC in March 2009. It is actually a 6 tier cupcake stand but for this birthday party we had used only two tiers.

Hannah Montana Cake

These two cakes were ordered together for the two celebrants, with the same theme but different cake flavours and colours.

The above cake would cost from $20.

Twinkle twinkle little STAR

27 cupcakes surrounding a Blue Star!! That's to say it a 27th birthday!!

The Star was a Chocolate Moist cake, the cupcakes with "BINTANG HATIKU" on them were Chocolate tiramisu, followed by lemon cupcakes and the red velvet cupcakes.. and the reflection is me taking pictures *lol*

Tarantula "Tree and History" Cake

Before Na, my customer, came up with this idea, she had other wild ideas which we thought was quite interesting. So why tarantula... apparently the celebrant just lost his tarantula so she had ordered this from us ;)

The tree stump was in actual fact our yummy cheese brownies and to add to the yumminest Na wanted us to cover the "tree" with Nutella...... whilst the tarantula was wholly made with fondant.

To make it more dramatic, we added dry leaves lying on the sides as if macam arah dirty nasty area lah tu

Didn't get other good pix of this cake cos we, as in Na and her friend Syazlie (who took the pix of the couple) and myself, were busy analysing the cake and voila... ada branch tarus tree atu (jadi family tree) .. hahaha... Na I think you will remember this always!

Engagement - Twin Cake

This cake was order for an engagement party for my darling friend's son.

Both cakes were oreo heart shaped cakes, 8" each. She had requested for a cream fondant cake similar to the ones we had done before. For the decoration, I used white lily and forget-me-nots as well as white decorated borders on the sides.

We had also provided the cake, which was meant for a cake cutting ceremony, with a simple decorated box as requested.

Sesame Street Cupcakes

This lemon flavoured medium cupcake set was actually ordered together with the Dibo Cake, for Ryan's birthday.

Another interesting theme. Brings back lots of memories. It's really incredible that this children series still exist today.. you know I still remember watching this when I was a little girl! * blush*

Cat Cupcakes

You guys probably remember we did the pet society cupcakes last month, well this is only the cat version.. hehehe..

We purposely layered the fondant with two colours to give it a bit of dramatic effect hehe..

The medium cupcake set was vanilla and chocolate with all frosting and design in fondant. There's a lot of detailing involved in this design albeit looking so simple.

3D Dibo cake

A 3-tier birthday cake. A special request for dear Ryan's 1st birthday bash.. hehe mummy has good taste :)

Base : 8" dia, 2.5" thick, layered Chocolate moist
Mid : 6" dia, 5" thick, layered Redvelvet
Top: 3" dia, 3" thick, carrot cake




We did four characters as shown with a few gifts boxes all in fondant.

If you wish to order such cake, we appreciate that you contact us 4 weeks in advance as we will not be able to slot this order easily with shorter lead time.

A cake like this would cost FROM $180.

"Local" Cakes

We received lots of enquiry as to whether we also do other cakes that are not iced... so yeah we do! We really haven't got the chance to promote this.

But we recently did this Adau Gayoh and Gawai order for dear family friends. So these are just a few of the many cakes that we can make, be it baked or steamed.

These are another batch of birthday cakes we had done recently..

BREITLING cake

One of my favourite watch brand... tapi meliat gambar saja lah.... this "watch" was ordered after much deliberation on the final look hehehe....

This simplified version pleased MJ very much .. thanks dear...:).. the cake was essentially frosted with buttercream and designed with fondant. Colours and design as agreed with MJ.. ;)

For 3D cake we charge a minimum of $45/kg depending on the intricacy of the design and the cake flavour. We recommend that you book your slot as early as 4 weeks in advance .

Sports Balls Themed Cupcakes

For this mini cupcake set, the theme was any ball sports. So we came up with golf, tennis, basketball, football etc..

We were told these cupcakes were a big hit... and another order followed..

3D Kalahari Handbag

This kalahari handbag was simplified to match the weight requested by our customer hehe... but it still sure look cool!..

The flavour was red velvet, surrounded by 6 medium tiramisu cupcakes with 6 mini handbags!

BEN10 Cupcakes

These were not the usual BEN10 cupcakes design we had done... Instead of the usual omnitrix design we were requested to do the Alien Force version.. all the characters were done with fondant on medium cupcakes.

If you wish us to do certain characters, it would help us if you email the images for us to refer to. Or alternatively you may wish to have them on edible images, however for this we require a 2 weeks' notice.

These were our mini cupcakes with pull-apart portion for the love design. Colours and arrangements are as per request.

HANTARAN OREO

Our customer requested that we do a hantaran for her which must be very fantabulously Oreo-ey!! So we did this!

These were oreo cupcakes on souffle cups and a 6" heart shaped oreo cake!

She also wanted a blue and gold theme for the decoration which we had provided for

Barney Cupcakes

I love u.. u love me.. we are happy family... with a great big hug and a kiss from me to you.....lalala.... I bet you were singining along while you were reading those lines hehehe... famous song from BARNEY and the kids... my little girl sings this every day... especially if she wants something ... ;-)

Hantaran - 3D Pajero Cake

This was a definite 4WD challenge!!

It's always interesting to try and take up challenging orders hehe... for this hantaran piece, our customer had requested that we do a 3D Mitsubishi Pajero, light blue silverish in colour. The cake was a layered chocolate fudge weighing just above 2kg.

So yeah this was a rather challenging order... another good day's work!.. if one ask what was the hardest part? well I'd say the shaping and the wrapping of the body! I had to wrap this "car" twice before I was happy with the outcome! I'd wrap it thrice if I'm still not satisfied! Cos then we had to fit the tyres as well... the logo was placed somewhere on the sides instead!

But I thoroughly enjoyed doing this...

Unfortunately we had to turn down quite a number of orders to do 3D cakes as the orders came in rather late, so if you wish us to do a 3D cake, please give us at least 4 weeks notice so we will be able to slot in your order.
