Alhamdulillah, once again we were invited to display our desserts for yet another community event by BLNG.
This year, we were requested to provide desserts including Pavlova, Cupcakes, Brownies and iced cookies. The whole spread was prepared by us including the display units.

This hari Raya, we have gone a bit more creative with our cookies design.
We came up with a couple of our original design, the Pelita and the badil. The ketupat was enhanced from the design requested.

Here Are some mini cuppies ordered for Raya treats, more to come. These are all time favourite for first day Raya and open houses. If you want to have cupcakes treat on your open houses, please contact us for quotation. We can also provide you with the cupcake display units of your choice at a minimum rental.

Of all the orders we received during Ramadhan, this was one of those ordered for orphans.
These cookies were orders for gifts to orphans from one of the primary school in Belait district. We did over 60 packs. Cookies varies in shapes and sizes and all packed in the sealed hard containers for freshness.
It's nice to see lots of happy faces on Hari Raya what with our goodies received :).. We also did lots of these on separate orders as raya gifts.
Alhamdulillah.. the 8th Day of Syawal and still lots of Open Houses to attend and families to visit. We did quite a number of this themed cupcake set, we hope everyone love them
Some of our simple treats ideas for open houses are the mini pavlova, brownies and cupcakes.
Of course not forgetting our very own rolls.

Before we even made any offers for these, already a number of our customers have placed their orders, hehe.. these are simple butterfly and teddy shaped cookies with "Selamat Hari Raya" written on them. For this order, it was required to do a colourful theme hence we went colourful at full speed .. :D
Whilst these ones below were done with EI.. so for every set we would include various images untuk memeriahkan suasana...
These cookies are ideal for EID favours for the kids and adults alike.. To order, we would need at least 2 weeks' notice with minimum order of 35pcs.
For this Raya, we offered a combination of the old and the new generation biscuits.. We've posted our popular Mor recently and this post is Le Part Deux. Our objective is to make a difference to everyone's Eid so here were have some of our very own TOT's Biskies..

Rolls are my personal favourite during Hari Raya, not that I don't like kek lapis but most of the time when I see a kek lapis I feel too sayang to eat, as they are tooo nice and I really appreciate the effort and time required to do them. Salute to the other bakers for their skills and patience. Even for all the fancy patterned rolls, WOW!! I love those but again I'd just stare at them bcos they're simply stunning.. **sigh**
Enough said.. for this EID, we're came up with some new ideas on simple rolls, simple in looks la.. hehehe.. although in view of time we agreed to do only 4 types, Insya Allah next year we will introduce more.. Here are a couple..
Neapolitan Rolls:
I got inspired by the Neapolitan ice cream.. sllllllrrrrrrrp.... and discussed with my #2 and #3 on what flavours best to put.. so we came up with vanilla, strawberry and banana. Simple but full of flavours.
OREO Break Rolls:
Perhaps by now some of you may have realised we do varities with OREO.. yup... we are an oreo family hehe.. so OREO rolls mesti ada... So, why OREO Break? well it has to different from taking a break withKit Kat right ;)?! Any way if you guys love our OREO cuppies, you will definitely love these.

Whilst evolution of new biscuits and cakes boomed, MOR has certainly remain to be an unsurpassed tradition when it comes to Eid. It is for that same reason that we chose not to bake a modified version of this biscuit as we thought the original taste on tray should be maintained.
For this Eid, we offer 50pcs of Kueh MOR for $6 and there are some extras available for sale. If interested just simply call or text us.
It won't be long before it's Eid... everyone's busy with their own preparation, and so are we.. busy entertaining all the Eid Orders as best as we can.
So, as many of our customers have been asking for, we are giving some sneak peek of our Eid goodies as and when they are available, we don't promise to post all but Insya Allah we'll post most of them.
