A set of lovey dovey cuppies.  We had done sinmilar design before.. well.. the order was to do the same.. but we have made some minor changes here and there.  These were medium chocolate moist cupcakes

NIGERIAN Cake

Another order to do the anniversary cake for the Nigerian Community in Brunei to celebrate the 50th Nigerian Independence.  We had done one last year with different concept.

There were three flavours making up this cake; fruit cake layered with fruit jam, choc moist with choc ganache and vanilla with blueberry.  The cake was in total over 7kg and was 12" by 18" in size and 4" thick.  The Coat of Arms was done on Edible sheet :)  It's not easy to find a large cake board to support such a big cake.

Say it with TWIX....????

This heart shaped chocolate moist cake was layered and frosted with chocolate ganache. The wall was then covered with Chocolate TWIX..mmmm really chocolatety treat for the couple :)

Anniversary Cake

This was a very cute cake hehe... it's only 6" in diameter, chocolate fudge with design as requested.

Anniversary Cake

This pastel cream and white anniversary cake was an 8" fruit cake.  Our fruit cake is very different to the traditional steamed ones as our is baked. But the texture is still moist and very filling.

This design is also suitable for hantaran.

Anniversary Gifts

Alhamdulillah, we had the priviledge to do door gifts for DSTcomm's 15th year anniversary.  The request was for a pack of three cupcakes with EI of the official logo and assorted flavours.  So in deed we dumped over 6 flavours with various frosting too; redvelvet, tiramisu and brownies amongst others.

Lovey Dovey Cookies

Salam all,

Well it's sunday and it's the last sunday of this month... As usual, sundays are usually filled with wedding invitations or family functions.  So we thought, it's appropriate to post these cookies that we did for a dear friend on her anniversary.

She wanted something out of the ordinary and with a mixed of sizes, designs and colours.  So these add on to our alreadymany cookie designs which you may peep through our labels.  For other details on these cookies, have a look at our ON TRAY MENU.

Anniversary Cupcakes

These cupcakes are some of the anniversary cupcakes we had done with different colour theme and frosting.

All the above were our small souffle set that would cost $25 each including the theme, with exception to the ones using fondant.

Whilst the medium set below had two fondant figurine of the celebrant, each with their passion and interest.

These lovable cupcakes were ordered pre 1st day as well as post 1st day puasa.  They happened to have the same theme so we'd post them togeder-geder....

You'd thought this was as simple set.... with only two colours requested and white being the base colour, that made this set looked all the more elegant!!

Tiramisu Friendship Cake

This is a new flavour requested by our customer. The cake was an 8" layered chocolate tiramisu cake with cream cheese in between. The cake was meant to have cheese frosting but our customer had requested for chocolate ganache instead.

The cake with would cost from $35.

Anniversary Cakes

The wife loves vanilla sponge cake, the other half loves fruit cake... so we fused the two flavours into one, making this an anniversary cake to remember.

Each heart shaped cake, as requested, baked separately then "married" and covered with fondant. Colours are as per request.

WEDDING ANNIVERSARY Cupcakes

We received this order to do an anniversary set with our valentine theme.

At the time of doing this order, it brought back lots of memories of my own.. I've got that lovin' feeling whilst doing these *blush*....you know wedding anniversaries are important milestones in every couples' lives... the ups and downs in sickness and in health together. You just wish and pray it will be a happily everafter life journey, Ameen.

Well, this set consisted of three different flavours viz red velvet, lemon and chocolate cupcakes. The first two frosted with cream cheese and the latter with chocolate ganache. As requested we included 8 initials 'AE' to signify the 8th anniversary, with 12 lovable roses and lots and lots of hearts with various designs. The fonts and arrangements are as per requested. Hence this set is tagged at $55.

We pray that this couple will have a happy, healthy and wealthy life together... After seeing this cuppies AE told us "These really ada that Love is in the Air feeling".. Well AE, what more can we say.....
