Another order to do the anniversary cake for the Nigerian Community in Brunei to celebrate the 50th Nigerian Independence. We had done one last year with different concept.
There were three flavours making up this cake; fruit cake layered with fruit jam, choc moist with choc ganache and vanilla with blueberry. The cake was in total over 7kg and was 12" by 18" in size and 4" thick. The Coat of Arms was done on Edible sheet :) It's not easy to find a large cake board to support such a big cake.
.We're glad the cake was well received.
