An interesting idea for Teacher's Day gifts. Did this order earlier this month for a group of teachers. Each mini cakes are personalised according to the favourite colours, subjects they are teaching and name :) Might not sound a lot, since there were only 11 "books" but kept us busy checking every now and then to make sure we got the details right.
Other 3d Mini cakes can be done too, If youw isht ogive these as a gift, we can do a minimum or 4-9 pcs per order.
This is probably one if not the most challenging order we have done so far. Doing 200 fondant mini cakes from baking, cutting, icing, wrapping , decorating and packaging and lastly tying .... A really hard work for one person to accomplish.
These were wedding giveaways we did last month, and boy was it a busy weekend for us. But alhamdulillah with the support from my family everything well well. We baked chocolate moist, vanilla and carrot cakes.

These red velvet mini cakes were actually part of the mini cupcakes we posted recently. These were meant for four celebrants, hence the designs.
We can do a minimum 4 mini cakes at the moment since we don't have a special pan fort his size, yet hehe

Another mini cakes designed by us. These were for a hantaran we did last month. These ones were bigger in size compared to the ones we did before this. Although it was simply decorated, as requested, they still look elegant.
Box with decoration was provided by customer.
This hantaran set, themed white and gold, were actually mini cakes and a heart shaped cake. The mini cakes were chocolate moist and the cake was carrot cake. It was a good choice of colours and design, especially the mini cakes. We can offer more designs for these mini cakes in various shapes. They are different to the usual cupcakes and cakes combi.
