Helicopter Cake

A 3D cake done for a dear friend whose son is so into helicopter...hehe.. I don't remember him wishing for any other theme than helicopter for his last 3 birthdays... Happy Belated Birthday Ryan.. <3

The whole cake was made of our Chocolate moist, the family's favourite.  Bottom tier was an 8" round cake, 7' high with designs all around.  The heli was 10" long and 4-6" high.  The whole cake weighed over 6kg.

Thanks again  ~W~ hope Ryan enjoyed his helicopter "flights".
