Alhamdulillah, in between the busy schedule during the days before Eid, we did this cake on a very special order. I actually had to think twice to accept this, 1. not sure if I have time, 2. it's for a very important person (*kabak-kabak).... as a special Hari Raya gift.
But Alhamdulillah, I spent the time after sahur finishing the design and got it done in time for collection that morning. Feeling so relieved the cake was well received. By the way, this was a 12" round fruit cake with lots of the recipients favourite things inside and colours are also accordingly as requested.
