Been a while since I last baked my choc pudding.. but due to demand by my kids I've baked a couple of trays which they savoured the same day.. kesian lama inda makan... served these as well for family function and it was a sold out.
I like to pour chocolate on my pudding and garnish it with almond and choc chip.. but you may also opt for chocolate rice or even fresh fruits.
This pudding, to me, is best served hot then you can enjoy the tasty, the juicy chocolatey centers...that's when I would scoop an ice cream and enjoy 'em together :D
