We really thought this was a very elegant looking cake. When we received the order, we were only asked to follow a design of a key chain.. the rest was up to us. So we figured, since it was a chinese wording, the cake would be nice in red with touch of gold.
The cake weighed ~ 4kg. It was a 10" chocolate moist cake layered with ganache and coered with fondant.
To order such cake we require at least 3 weeks notice, depending on our availability.
