2 Tier White Birthday Cake

This was a reasonably large birthday cake.  The Bottom was 12" cake with 5" thickness and the top was 8" round cake with 5" thickness.  The flavour was Chocolate moist which was layered with chocolate ganache and frosted with freshcream.  We had the cake delivered to JPPC where the party was held :).

Thanks to the mom for this order and we are glad the cake was enjoyed by everyone.

This design can also be used for weddings, just be sure the cake cutting ceremony is indoor :)
