We did the Harry Porter Cupcakes recently and they actually came with these special cookies. In deed they are special as we had to customised the shapes to suit the theme. Customised cookies will incur additional charges.
The cookies were plain vanilla flavoured with black frames and white glasses ;)
If you do wish to customised some cookie shapes, do let us know, we may be ablet o do them for you. Please note however, we will not be able to take in big orders due to the time required to cut the cookies.
