Received this order a few weeks back, before Ramadhan even, to do a cake for a National Day celebration for the Nigerian Community in Brunei.
Since this was a formal function, we thought the best cake would be something of a national theme portraying strength and unity. So we end up doing a cake of the national flag with the national emblem done on edible image.
There were three different flavours for the cake: Fruit cake, Carrot cake and vanilla all of which were baked on 12" square tray. Each flavour was then wrapped accordingly with the respective colours with fondant and "glued" together to make one huge cake 12" x 18". The cake weighed over 6kg.
