Wedding cakes are always challenging to do, not only because they are meant for weddings (obviously hehehe) but because of the size and the intricacy of the design! Very time consuming and requires lots and lots of patience!
This particular wedding cake took me almost a full day's work to do, from baking the cakes to rolling the fondant and finally the design!....
The order:
~ 3 Tier wedding cake
~ 3 flavours viz white cake, red velvet and carrot cakes.
~ each tier with layered cakes
~ Colours; lime green, pink and red
~ Size: 10", 8", 7".
Finally the cake weighed 6kg.
Due to the time and effort required to do such cake, we charge a minimum of $45/kg. Final cost will depend on the detailed design required.
For such order, we recommend that you contact us not less than 4 weeks in advance!
