This particular birthday cake, although looking so simple, in fact, underneath the freshcream was our yummy blueberry cheesecake!! A wonderful challenge to make a square chilled cheesecake! The other challenge was to deliver this to BSB.. ;) The cake was 10" square by the way!
The cake was gone in minutes we were told!
