For Ryan's 3rd birthday, his mummy requested us to do 3D fondant helicopter chocolate cake. It was a reasonably big order since apart from the heli cake, we were also required to do lots of mini helis and guitars all of which were to be made of fondant, 50 medium cupcakes to be exact.
We also did a COMBO set for Ryan, which we will post separately soon. All were done in shades of blue and white.
The cake was 12" long and weighed over 3kg. So yup there were lots of baking, rolling and cutting works involved. Sangal jua. But we were quite pleased with the outcome.
The cake could not fit in a 12" square box, so we packed it in a 18" square box instead

For 3D cakes, we would charge FROM $45/kg depending on the type of cake and the design requested.
