Wedding Cake

This was the biggest wedding cake we ever made so far.  Just to put you into prespective, this cake was equivalent to over 14pcs of an 8" cake!!  The design is somewhat different to the usual 2 or 3 tier cakes as this one is a combination of simple stack and pillars.

This cake was for a Majlis Berambil-ambilan.  Simple yet sweet design.

Theme: White Purple

Frosting: Fresh cream

Bottom Tier : 12" square, 6" thick
Middle tier : 8" square, 6" thick
